Daughters of Bulgaria Module

The second half of our day was a Daughters of Bulgaria module where Beth (Dal's wife) and Katherine (25 yr old team member) talked about the program and what they are currently doing and where they want to go with it. Because Bulgaria is on the map as a feeder country for trafficking, prevention as well as treatment is needed here. Christian counselors are needed to go into the orphanages and shelters to speak about how to see the signs of potential abusers that sell these girls into prostitution. That would be prevention counseling...next what's needed is counselors to help the women who get out of the prostitution. Because they are purposely broken and abused to make them ready to work on the streets. They needs lots of counseling to help them get to a place of feeling whole in Christ.

Pray for us tonight...it will be 9pm our time, and 2pm Florida time. We will be going out and doing a walk around the blocks where most of the brothels are located. It is about a 2-3 mile walk.
